Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (2008)
→“I say we start with dessert and go backwards because it’s been a backwards kind of day!”
Well I fell off the weight-loss wagon, and I definitely have gained weight. I really need to get back into some form of exercise just to feel better. I need those endorphins and feel good feelings and more energy!
So as to not go cold turkey and give up again I’m starting out slow. Verrrrry slow. I’m going to wake up 30 minutes earlier every morning to do a simple YouTube yoga video. In the afternoon after school, I’ll take my dog for a walk. I might ride my bike instead, or something, but I need to at least do something simple everyday.
Once I get into the rhythm of that, I’ll probably start doing harder workouts, such as beginner Pilates, squats, crunches, things that don’t require weights or anything like that.
Maybe after that Ill start jogging, but it’s never been a big passion for me, I’ve always hated it,so I’ll probably just end up biking more or walking faster and for longer distances.
After this point I could probably cut down on the unhealthy foods a little bit. Although I absolutely love junk food, I know I’ll just gain more and more weight if I keep it up.
Want to be able to increase the intensity in my workouts more and more as time progresses. I want to be able to feel strong and happy with how I feel.
Once I get my bearings with everything, I’ll be able to set goals for myself, like only fast food three times a week, or run a mile by x amount of time, it’s definitely not a foolproof fitness/weightloss plan and I’m aware of it. But I just want to feel more fit than I am now, whilst enjoying all that greasy fattening food ^.^
